Many people who are about to Visit Las Vegas, sometimes wonder what hotels on the strip have no resort fees, but first – let’s talk about the Strip. The Las Vegas Strip or Strip is the 4.1-mile street in the Las Vegas city area, officially named Las Vegas Boulevard, which is part of Highway 604. Although the strip is primarily identified with Las Vegas, only about 900 feet from the street are within the city limits.
The street was declared an All-American Road site – a landscape of national importance. Along this street are many of the world's largest and most unique hotels and resorts. The name of the street was given to it by Officer Guy McAfee after his hometown of Sunset Strip, Los Angeles.
A resort fee is usually added to your bill and charged during check out. To justify this resort fee, the hotel will mention that this fee covers different things like Wi-Fi, Parking, A fitness center, access to the pool etc. and the list changes from one hotel to another.
What Hotels on The Strip Have No Resort Fees?
The resort fee is separate from the advertised hotel room rate and has different names such as amenity charge, service charge, urban fee or resort charge.
If you want to avoid paying resort fee in hotels on the Las Vegas strip, here’s a list of hotels that don’t charge resort fees.
